Depression support is so critical so that you can manage your moods and life a long, viable, happy life. Help can come in all kinds of formats including online communities, therapists, hotlines, doctors, support groups.... all geared towards meeting the needs of those suffering with depressive disorders.

Support comes in many shapes and sizes and one size does not fit all. It's important to know yourself and determine what options are best for you. The good thing is that there are a lot of options for help and guidance! And when you decide you are ready to learn how to fight this, your options are plentiful!

Do you have a support network? Do you have someone that you can lean on? It is common that those with a depressived disorder feel all alone when, in fact, they might actually have a strong network that they can rely on. Being sad, or having a depressive condition is nothing to be ashamed of. So many people have walked in your shoes and really do understand what you're going through. The trick is to have the courage to reach out for that help and guidance and you will probably be surprised at what you find.

This is a great place to receive non-judgemental support, give experienced advice or even share a poem or two!
