Empty

Not happy,Not sad

Just empty inside
With nothing to hang onto
Except my twisted little brain
These thoughts
The death, the demons,the pain
The hatred
Alone in the rain
The moon-
Mocking me
I'm nothing
Useless,worthless,helpless
I'm done
Your smile-
Dripping with hatred
My life-
Before my eyes
The Knife digging into my skin
Water-
Burning on the dark crimson blood
Hurt in my eyes
Can you see?
Will you-
stop
Searing blood,dripping
Pain-
Eerie silent Screams, haunting
My Life-
Flashing before my eyes
Then-
You're gone
I'm dead

The way you write your poems it is clear that you are in a lot of pain. My hope for you is are able to find the love and support that you need to heal and be happy.

There are so many things you can do to help yourself. You don't have to live with demons. Instead, you can fight them and choose to banish them from your life. The choice and the power is yours. Nobody elses.

You mention blood dripping .. I am wondering if you are cutting? I do hope not. However, if you are, then it is a symptom of just how much emotional pain you are really in. Ironically, cutting is a way to release that pain, anger, sadness that can run so deep. Again, I hope you are not, but if you are, I truly encourage you to find some professional help sooner rather than later.

There are so many professionals that you can look to for that support that you need. Together you can identify the issues, get a propoer diagnosis and develop a treatment plan so you can begin your healing process.

Shortly, I will be launching a webinar series to help people beat their battles with depression. If you're interested, let me know and I'll add you to my email list so you can learn about the program.

I truly wish you all the best and I am praying for you.

Dana
